F21: Frame Edge has a preferred minimum of 1-3/4".
F22: A haunch method of construction is used for Face Frames to provide added durability.
F24: The material grade requested is for the face of the Face Frame. The back will be a lower grade than the face.
F36: Face Frames are drilled and assembled with pocket screws and glue.
F26: Face Frames can be ordered ready-to-assemble (RTA) and will need to be assembled, sanded and finished.
F28: Face Frames are available in standard radius sizes of 12", 18" and 24" as either convex or concave shapes.
F29: Dado size, if requested, is 3/8" wide and 1/4" deep.
F30: With Dado placements on top and bottom frame width of 1-1/2" to 2-1/2", only one pocket screw will be used.
F31: With Dado placements, specify on order which lines require dados and their placement on the frame. For the right side and left side, mark inside and/or outside on the order form.
F32: Overall Face Frame dimension minimum is 8-1/2" and maximum is 108". If one dimension is greater than 48" the other dimension must be less than or equal to 48". Maximum size for common carrier shipment is smaller than listed maximum size.
F33: Stile Width minimum is 1-1/2" & 1-3/4", Due to machinery considerations we cannot manufacture under the minimum size.
F34: Opening Width minimum is 5-1/4". Sizes can be manufactured under minimum and will include a special option fee.
F35: Decore-ative Specialties Designer Face Frames are warrantied against defects for one year, when given reasonable treatment.
