Stile and Rail width measurements of most Deco-form door styles are made from the outside edge of the door, to the outside edge of the outermost router pass. Exceptions to this rule would include when the outside edge of the outmost router pass is not well defined, or very hard to measure, or when the door has a molding applied before pressing.
