Question
What is a Mullion?
Answer
A Mullion is a small piece that divides the openings, or lites, in a door prepared for glass, also called a French Lite door. They are often shaped to compliment or match the inside edge profile of its door style. We typically use a "half mullion", which will still allow one piece of glass to be fit into the door. If your project requires beveled glass to be used with French Lite doors, mullions may be adjusted to accept individual panes for each lite.
