Boring pattern options for concealed hinges

We offer a variety of bore pattern options to suit your specific concealed hinge and cabinet application. Additional boring patterns may be available.

All bore pattern options may not be available at all manufacturing facilities.

Boring placement (left or right) is determined by looking at the face of the door.
Bores are placed 3” from top and bottom of door to center of bore.
At 36” high and above, a 3rd bore is recommended.
All bore patterns have a per bore charge. Additional charges apply for custom boring.
Please specify “center” bore hole on order form if a third bore is desired. The 3rd bore is centered unless otherwise requested.
If a fourth bore is requested, provide desired locations measuring from the top of the door to the center of the bore cups.
Refer to your hardware supplier for required number of bores and placement.
Minimum door height when ordering boring is 9”.
Boring is not available on all door styles or options due to face and fingerpull details including, but not limited to, doors with frames less than 2-1/4” wide, Back Bevel and Lipped Back Edge Details. Contact Customer Service for questions on boring limitations.

Minimum Frame Width For Glass and French Lite with Rubber Stops: 2-1/2” (63.5mm)*
Minimum Door Height: 9” (228/6mm)*
