Resetting Passwords

If you forget your password for your Anytime® Ordering Account, simply go to the Login page (http://www.decore.com/User/LogOn) and click on red text link that states: Forgot your password? Click here to reset. You will be taken to the password retrieval page where you will enter your email address and press the ‘Send Instructions’ button to receive email instructions on resetting your password.

If you attempt a wrong password multiple times your account will be locked for your protection. Please contact Customer Service at 800-729-7277 to have your account unlocked.
